The PP plate is extruded from polypropylene. It has good chemical stability, heat resistance and electrical insulation. It can be used in the condition of 90--100 C, corrosion resistance, non-toxic, and good physical and mechanical properties. It is mainly used for food packaging, chemical containers and water treatment devices. Chemical and physical properties of PP board: PP is a semi crystalline material. It is harder than PE and has a higher melting point. Because the PP temperature of the homopolymer is more brittle than above 0 degrees C, many commercial PP materials are irregular copolymers with 1~4% ethylene or a higher ratio of ethylene content of the pliers. The copolymer type PP material has lower thermal distortion temperature (100 degree), low transparency, low gloss and low rigidity, but has stronger impact strength. The strength of PP increases with the increase of ethylene content.

PP plate extrusion line features: the extruder screw is designed according to the rheology principle of PP-R, which has strong plasticizing ability, good dispersion and uniform melt temperature. The screw structure is advanced and the speed is accurate, which can meet the technological needs of changing the melt fluidity of PP-R. During processing, the residence time of PP-R melt in extruders and tube dies is suitable, so as not to get too long heating time to oxidize. Molding characteristics:

PP sheet (polypropylene) product characteristics: impact resistance, corrosion resistance, high heat resistance, non-toxic and tasteless, smooth surface, low density, light weight, welding will not produce poison gas, easy processing. Application scope: circuit board and metal surface treatment cylinder groove, circuit board wet treatment equipment, plant exhaust emission system equipment, wastewater and other environmental protection system equipment, half body industry related equipment. It is widely used in the manufacture of three-phase shunt. The glass fiber PP reinforced board has good strength, rigidity, heat resistance, low temperature impact, anticorrosion, arc resistance and low shrinkage. The softening temperature of VEKA in PP is 150 C. Because of the high crystallinity, the material has good surface stiffness and scratch resistance. There is no environmental stress cracking in PP. In general, PP is modified by adding glass fiber, metal additive or thermoplastic rubber. Adding 30% of glass additives can reduce the shrinkage rate to 0.7%. Homopolymer and copolymer PP materials have excellent resistance to moisture absorption, acid and alkali resistance and solubility. However, it has no resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons such as benzene, solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbons, carbon tetrachloride, etc.
